You need chance cards to create a collection. You don't need a collection though to cash in the powerpoints...

This means you can send in your chance cards to claim the relevant power points without finishing the collection. This way the corresponding $COTI rewards for that particular collection will be unclaimeable and move to the prize pool for the power points.

With maximum 300 power points in play. The starting prize money for a power point is 83 $COTI but with unfinished collections and not converted power points, that prize money per powerpoint will grow above 100 $COTI per power point quickly..
